Abbie Crimm, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, certified massage therapist and health coach. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley and is getting her doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science.
To make an appointment please give us a call at (707) 778-8645. We can schedule you and can also help set you up on our online scheduling system so you can set up your own appointments anytime, anywhere! IF YOUR PREFERRED APPOINTMENT TIME DOES NOT LOOK AVAILABLE, PLEASE CALL US! Sometimes we have technical problems with our online booking system and often there are more appointments available than what is showing on our online booking system.
Once you've set up your first appointment with our front desk, you'll get a welcome email from Jane, our online scheduling system with a link to paperwork online. Please fill this out before you come in for your first appointment. You won't need to print it out; it will go directly into our system.
We encourage people to think about Chinese medicine as a process. Some people feel great relief from one treatment while others find a more gradual improvement with acupuncture. The number and frequency of treatments will be discussed with you at your initial visit. Sometimes once a week is adequate and other times a more substantial commitment of 2-3 times for the first few weeks is the best approach.
Our natural pharmacy is open to everyone; patients and the community. We carry Chinese and Western herbal formulas, high-quality nutritional supplements, organic essential oils, really good chocolate, a few special books and other hand-picked products.

We like to support other local small businesses so many of our products are made by local medicine makers and artists and our extraordinary front desk and shelves were built by a local cabinetmaker from sustainably sourced, local wood. All of our Chinese herbal products are from companies that source their raw materials very carefully and test every batch to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

I couldn't have asked for better care than I received as a patient of PCA. My practitioners were warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. The treatment I received was effective and relieving to say the least. I am grateful to have had the chance to be treated on a weekly basis because of the sliding scale with low prices. This clinic is providing such beautiful offerings to the community and I hope to return someday soon!
As a prior PCA front desk employee I can say this was the most supportive work environment I have been apart of. Both owner and management show interest in the lives of

Acupuncture has been a core practice of my health care program for 30 years, and so I was delighted to find Community Acupuncture in 2016. Every one of the practitioners is excellent- they are professional, and warm. They listen, and function so well as a team that if I can't come in on a day my usual practitioner works, I know I will see someone who is highly competent and knows what I need. They take time with me, and provide superb care. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing- I go, receive my tx, and doze for an hour or so :>) They also are trained in herbs and supplements which was particularly

Theres no where else like this. Friendly and warm staff, in a beautiful clinic space. The best part is how deep the treatments are, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of quality and community. I came in for a torn hamstring and left with a good nap and significantly less pain in my leg. They also make their own herbal formulas to fit individual needs and cary a ton of local stuff. Will return, would recommend!
