I asked for highlights and lowlights, which is what I went into the salon with. The roots are not colored. Now I have many shades. The gray is not covered. I have 2 different colors on the same strand of hair. I paid $240, including tip. I have naturally curly hair so I didn’t realize the problems until I straightened my hair.
*I spoke to the manager about the service I received. He immediately made me a new appointment with a different stylist. Let’s see how that goes.

Went in for a haircut and opted to also get an eyebrow wax as well. Great experience. The stylist, Kim, was wonderful. She was able to turn-around the outgrowth of a previously bad haircut. I now have a nice haircut that fits me. She also did the brow wax which was a bonus. The salon was clean with the friendly and professional staff and stylists. Looking forward to my return appointment.

The people were very nice and welcoming . My issue is that my hair looks horrible . I wanted to cut off some damage but I didn’t want to cut all my hair off and that’s exactly what happened. It’s way shorter than I asked for and looks nothing like the inspiration picture I asked for . There’s absolutely nothing I can do with it now because it’s so short and I’m extremely upset . I really needed this for a confidence boost and now my confidence is completely ruined .

I wish I could give her more than a 5. Michelle provided me with the best service and made me feel right at home. It was my first time in this salon and my first salon experience in TN. I just moved from San Diego and was worried about finding a hair stylist that understood my hair needs. I can check that off my list because my hair has never looked better. I will definitely recommend this salon and I am looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you again.

I 100% recommend this hair salon! It was a great atmosphere and a very relaxing environment! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Savannah did my hair and she was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable and did my highlights and haircut exactly how I wanted it. She also helped show me products that would help protect my hair afterwards.

I have had a membership at Rain Tree for four months, but have used their services for two years. I regularly see Justine for facials and Salena for massages, and I they are both absolutely wonderful. They both listen to their clients, demonstrate knowledge and expertise, and are fabulous at their jobs. I highly recommend visiting Rain Tree for a relaxing spa experience!

Ali is amazing with my hair. She makes my visits so comfortable and welcoming. I always leave feeling confident about myself and feeling excited to see her on my next appointment date!
