As a stylist traveling from out of town, all I really wanted was to go somewhere and have my hair blown out without having to fuss with it myself. Danielle is AMAZING! She took my coarse, curly, unruly hair and blew it out perfectly with just a brush and bowl drier, no hot tools needed! I amazed by her talent in being able to get it so smooth and her PHENOMENAL shampoo skills. Hands down, she gives the best shampoo I've ever had.
I also received a pedicure from Danielle. The polish and shape is perfect. She did a great massage being very gentle but firm.

You know you're happy when you have a coupon for a salon and you don't even use it! I didn't use it as my new stylist deserves every penny I paid him for my appointment. Let me explain! I am new to this area, moving from the Dallas area after 15-years of loving my hair colorist/stylist. I am neurotic about my hair, and that's putting it mildly. I read all sorts of reviews about who was good and not so good in the Brentwood/Franklin area. I looked at pictures, quotes and read between the lines taking some reviews with a grain of salt as let’s face it, people react quickly when they're angry. BUT

I really didn't want to leave a bad review but my haircut is terrible. I thought maybe it will be better in a few days after the initial disaster...somehow. It takes me twice as long to style it in the mornings as I try to make this mess look presentable.
Kinsey made very uneven, chopped cuts. Then she cut off significantly more in attempts to fix it. It is still very lopsided and uneven. The layers are blunt and do not blend. This was supposed to be a trim with some light shaping..not a hard request.

Kinsey is the best! I'd finally decided it was time to stop coloring my own hair and going to super cuts for a trim. I was nervous because I'd been told so many horror stories about stylists that didn't really care. I had my first appointment with Kinsey around a year and a half ago, my hair has never looked better and I am so happy with the service, I feel like I've hit the jackpot. She's taken the time to get to know me and suggests great new ideas for my hair. She really is an artist especially when it comes to color she's really passionate about what she does

Sooooooo... update! After posting my last review, Salon Capelli called me and ensured me that they would have me in and fix my hair! I got there and they were still so nice to me (no one was ever unkind even on the first visit). I was placed with Jarin, who was an absolute angel! She made it a point to explain everything that she was doing to my hair in great detail, and asked me many questions before she did anything. She even helped explain what she thought went wrong before, and why my hair was having trouble getting to the point that I wanted it to. It definitely looks really great now :) I

I was in Nashville on vacation and needed a massage and pedi BAD! I am so glad I went to Salon Capelli to see Tiffany and Sheila! Tiffany did an amazing job on my massage, paying attention to the areas I told her I was having trouble with and applying the perfect amount of pressure!

Still loving Daniel at Salon Capelli. He is such a good person and now his lovely wife, Hope, works there too! Daniel is so personable and easy to talk to. He isn't just my stylist and colorist either. We talk about love, life, and more. Love this guy! Talented stylist and colorist and all around great person.

I came to Salon Capelli today for my first visit, to get a much needed haircut. I called this morning and was able to get a same-day appointment, which was really great. When I arrived to check in, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They offer a beverage while you get your hair done, which is always nice!
My stylist was Dusty, and he was great at listening to what I wanted, and checking in with me throughout the cut to make sure I was happy with the length, etc. (I had told him about a previous cut I had gotten elsewhere that was a bad experience, so he was really considerate of that). He

Yes finally!!! I have found someone in Franklin that knows how to do good quality color! Discovered Salon Capelli on Yelp and got matched with Dusty. The last time I had my hair done the color was horrible - well, Dusty was able to correct that awfulness with a combination of appropriate root color and partial highlights. He did an amazing job! He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Gave me a trim and spent time really understanding how I like my hair. I will be recommending Dusty to all my friends and coming back in the future.

Amazing Job by Daniel!!..He does what you want and also adds his experience to make the haircut look absolutely beautiful. This was the best haircut I have had in the past few years. This review is to both the place and Daniel. I would definitely recommend this hairdresser to anyone who has long hair like me and want to get an amazing haircut without chopping off your hair too much.
