Peninsula Plastics Recycling, a division of the Merlin Group of Companies, is a full service plastics recycler and processor that specializes in baling, sorting, grinding, washing, pelletizing and solid stating of recycled PET from the California CRV system. With access to multiple streams of feedstock, Peninsula can offer customers ongoing sustainable production of material.

Its 180,000 square foot facility located in Turlock, CA produces an annual output of 60 million pounds of recycled PET flake and pellet that are FDA approved. We have a highly qualified and experienced team who are knowledgeable in PET and other plastics packaging and are dedicated to help customers achieve their business needs.

Peninsula Plastics offer a number of services to customers to help achieve their business needs. We can take your material through our tolling process for sorting, washing, grinding, extrusion, pelletizing and conversion to FDA compliant. Our specialty equipment can handle high volume capacity and a range of plastics to assist with your grinding requirements.
Peninsula Plastics satisfies a need in the industry for a consistent, high quality, cost effective recycled PET source. We specialize in processing PET from the California CRV system and post-industrial plastic scraps into clean, ready-to-use recycled plastic in the form of flake or pellet.

Our recycled products are sold into the consumer packaging industry and are used in a number of applications: FDA grade for beverage bottles and food service packaging; fiber (polyester) for t-shirts, sheets, fiberfill, carpets, upholstery; home cleaning products; sheets for thermoformed trays; strapping; and other consumer products.

For truck driver , Make sure you have to many straps for pick up the load, because the guys over there they want sell you straps, they have a straps business,. Totally I can say it is bullsheet place , specially SUPERVISOR He wants to fight drive

First come first serve if you have a load to deliver he got a wait for the Biebel I had to view and then go on the top of the skill to wait your truck and then you have to back up between the boxes nothing the ducks can’t wait for our the most to finish up the forklift he is a nice guy

Would like to share that the people are great it's a great place to burn off energy if you work there never a dull moment with the short time of experience that I've had there I enjoy every moment of it all the running around working at different stations we definitely try and provide the best possible material may the Lord bless and multiply the land and work expand

Crappie place to work. They watch you, with hidden cameras. Every where you walk, is a dangerous. Toilets are not bolted. And they only give you 10 brakes. Every week you see new faces, very high turn over rate. And there cheep at pay.
