Our beautifully landscaped property, built in 1971, consists of 302 spacious condominium units, with a wide variety of types and sizes.
There are 260 single level units with one, two, or three bedrooms and 42 two-bedroom town homes. The purpose of this website is to provide information to our owners, residents and to all who would like to know more about our community. We hope that the information found here will be helpful to you.

This is a game of chance in which randomly selected numbers match on a scorecard with 5 squares across, down or diagonally. Five in a row wins! The letters B, I, N, G, O are printed above the five vertical columns, with one letter appearing above each column. The center space is marked "Free."
Each row must be randomly assigned 5 numbers with these specifications: 1 to 15 in the "B" column; 16 to 30 in the "I" column; 31 to 45 in the "N" column; 46 to 60 in the "G" column and 61 to 75 in the "O" column.Once the board(s) are constructed, a nonparticipating person calls out random numbers between 1 and 75.

This community is a well kept secret. HOWEVER, you MUST be weary of landlords that choose not to follow processes that should fall within the normal perspective of tenant to landlord agreements and community standards. If clarity is needed, I can validate with documentation. Overall, a superb residential community.
