Services
These are CONDOMINIUMS. They are operated differently than apartments. The homeowner is responsible for all problems that occur within the unit and anything that services only their unit. The HOA is not reponsible unless it is in or affects a common area. Members of the Board of Directors should not be contacted directly as this delays the response.
You can utilize the email address below to ask a question, make a suggestion for our "Wish List", contact the property management company or go to the Maintenance Page and have a maintenance request sent. For Fire or Police issues, please call 911. If you have a water leak, please contact a plumber immediately and contact The CAM Team (904-278-2338) the next business day.
Your assessment fee is due on the first of the month. If it is not paid by the 15th, there is a late fee of $25 assessed to your unit on the 16th. Email that to the property manager. All HOMEOWNERS are permitted to rent the clubhouse after filling out an application and submitting a refundable $500 deposit.

I've been here many years and they keep the grounds pretty nice. If the renters that come in weren't such slobs it would be even nicer. It amazes me how they dump their trash in the parking lot. The maintenence men go around and clean up after them every day. It's also be a very safe and quiet area so dont believe some of the those other posts.

First of all, it's super quiet. And second, each unit is different on the inside, assuming they are owned by different people.. before moving in, we had looked at two different units, one was a little run down and the other(that we chose) is really nice!
Everyone pretty much stays to themselves and I enjoy living here!
Not to mention, there are always cruisers from JSO that drive around in the complex, so I feel safe!
