Fuji is a family favorite. The staff are always so friendly, and every interaction is personal and genuine. The food is Super. Every. Time. They put extra effort into every order, know what they're doing, and really, really care about their community. There is a need in Sidney for this place- hope they are around for years and years to come!

The sushi was good but my main dish wasn't. I ordered Hibachi chicken but somehow was served teriyaki, unless they put a sweet sauce on their Hibachi. The chicken was either overcooked or reheated, it was tough and chewy. To be fair, my partner in crime had the steak and scallops and said his was good. The carpet is very worn and could use a cleaning. The staff was friendly and it felt like a family owned establishment. Not sure I would go back but again, my partner would.

Read the reviews and thought it would be awesome. We ordered sushi and some noodle dishes. We couldn't eat because the fish was spoiled. You could smell the ammonia in the California rolls, it was awful. My husband said the fish in his soup tasted like sake, which is a trick used to hide spoiled fish. He lived in Korea for a while and can eat almost anything but it was too far gone for him.
I hope they read this and fix it. The place had potential.

Fuji is a diamond in the rough...Hands-down best steak hibachi I have ever had. Their Yum Yum sauce and ginger dressing is to die for. Their meat is always super tender and the vegetables and other ingredients are always fresh. They don't cook the hibachi in front of you but for some reason I think it makes it taste better because they add extra ingredients that just taste so good. The waitresses that work here are some of the friendliest people! I go here at least once a month.

I like to eat raw fish, I did eat everything they had raw, just perfect. Went there 3 times in a row. This place is a special find for business travelers, like me. Nothing special about the location , but it's all about the food and the food is special.

Awesome staff and wonderful sushi, VERY FRESH! Lisa was our server, she really knows what she's talking about for recommendations, and even gave us some of her personal soy sauce that was imported from China. Wow what a great experience. You would never think a place like this could existing in Ohio. We will be back for sure.

I travel for work and am in Sidney about once a month. This is always a must stop on my trip. Have had many of the rolls, hibatchi, apps, etc. all had been phenomenal. The servers are the most polite and friendly people you will ever meet. This trip I had a sashimi platter and every piece is gone. Can't wait to come back!!

Finally some great food in the Sidney area. I've tried the chicken yakitori and chicken bento box. The yakitori wasn't the best I've had, but the serving size was nice.
The bento box on the other hand, was an enormous amount of food that I definitely couldn't finish but was all super delicious- tempura veggies, soup, salad, california roll, chicken teriyaki. Can't wait to come back and try their sushi rolls.

This was my first time in Sidney and we picked well for a place to grab lunch. Anna was a very good server and took great care of us. My husband got a combo of steak and shrimp with fried rice and some veggies with the soup. I had the same except with scallops. Perfect amount and good price. Very pleased.
