This was the worse Mexican food I’ve ever had I’ve been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and this was horrible the service was bad no refills on my drinks or chips or salsa my food was so cold and tasted horrible the hostess at the door was very rude and the only thing that was good was my frozen Margarita!!!! I don’t recommend going here if u want good food!!!!

We made a delivery order here and received only one of two entrees that we paid for. When I called the restaurant about the problem, they said we had to come pick it up. I said, no, that’s not possible so reimburse us, and they refused. This is how Los Pitayos treats its customers - and we were long-time loyal customers. No more. The management at this restaurant will rip off any of its customers. A bad place with, I might add, mediocre food.

Most recent visit 12.18.20. Once again the tacos were beef instead of chicken. For $9.25 I expect more for 2 tacos and rice [combo #10]. Any other Mexican restaurant in Troy or Piqua is simply a better choice. Food is overpriced in my opinion. Best bet is to drive to Covington or Greenville.
Didn't have the "wow" factor for my experience. Tacos were ordered as chicken and received beef and they completely forgot to add the queso dip to my carry out order. The chicken fajita nachos were primarily onions. Horrible dining experience.

First impression: very clean!
We were greeted immediately and seated. Our server brought chips and salsa right after that. Everyone just knew where they were supposed to be and did their job. Their beans have a great flavor. My husband was really pleased with their chicken. Will be bringing the kiddos along next time. Great food-great service!

Customer Service was really good. I requested the tv remote to check the weather and the server (sorry I forgot his name) let me have the remote for the duration or our meal. Meal was good. Mole sauce is different than other Mexican restaurants so that was a nice change, Shrimp tasted great, and the beers were cold. We enjoyed our night.
