I'm giving 2 stars because I haven't personally used this law firm. However, whoever answered the phone was not very kind or in any hurry to help address my needs. Their phone consultation fee of $250 is pretty outrageous compared to other firms I have spoken with that have higher ratings online. I chose to seek counsel elsewhere. I'm a single mother looking for a firm that truly worries about helping the client, not a firm that clearly only cares about the money they can get upfront. Why would I pay $250 if I'm not even positive that my needs will be addressed properly? Pass.

From a grateful consult:
My sincere Thanks to you and your law office. Your prompt service and sound advice has helped me through a difficult situation.
My husband was released today with 6 months probation. I regret not being able to meet you all on a personal level but at the same time thankful not to need your services at this time. My appointment therefore will need to be cancelled.
It is my feeling that just the action of pulling my husband's record from your office encouraged the DA to do the right thing and release him.
If you could ever be paid with gratitude it would be from me.

Jimmy Carter was excellent and very professional when helping my wife and I with our will and power of attorney. He went above and beyond to provide us with the information we needed to make informed decisions about what we needed to protect us in the future. I have and will continue to recommend Jimmy to anyone that might need a very good competent lawyer in the future!
