-They had more availability than other companies
-Good price
-Trees came down successfully
Cons:
-They were not able to schedule a specific date, but gave me a week-long range. At the end of that week, they told me it would actually be the following Friday. No big deal, but would have preferred sticking to a specific date.
-They also agreed to leave us a pile of wood, but did not. Again, no big deal, but additional miscommunication.
-Some damage to our walkway and patio. (Also damage to our grass, but we were expecting that).
-Damaged our neighbor's yard after telling us they would

Everyone at JBS was professional and polite! Their estimate was competitive, they showed up on time a left the place as clean as was before cutting down a few trees, stumping one of them, trimming a few others! I would highly recommend JBS Tree Experts to anyone looking for a reliable, fairly priced, professional, and friendly, tree service!

Boy, was I had! We hired JBS Tree "Expert" in Sept 2019 to remove a very small, dead tree and grind down the stump;. They did an OK job on the tree removal; not so great on stump grinding. We had them come back in Nov 2019 for a much larger 2nd job of trimming down 2 large trees and cutting back all the over-hanging branches from my neighbors yard into mine. On the morning of the scheduled appointment Justin, one of the owners, came by to tell his crew who arrived separately what was supposed to be done and then sped off.
