Our team of trusted and well-respected physicians are available to treat any orthopedic problem you may have. With 4 Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons, 1 Board Certified Family Medicine Doctor, 7 Physician Assistants, 5 Therapists, and 3 Therapy Assistants we are able to fully support you throughout your entire treatment plan and recovery.
Pinnacle Orthopedic & Spine Specialists is the home of Dr. Cameron Huckell, Dr. A. Marc Tetro, Dr. Graham Huckell, and Dr. Zair Fishkin. Prior to this location Dr. Cameron Huckell, Dr. Graham Huckell and Dr. A. Marc Tetro were partners with Simmons Orthopedic & Spine located at 235 North Street in Buffalo New York.
Pinnacle Orthopedic & Spine Specialists is a full-service Orthopedic, Diagnostic, and Therapy practice. Patients can be seen at our office for all aspects of treatment, whether the patient has been referred to us for surgery or for evaluation of symptoms. The medical team is in constant communication regarding what is the best plan of treatment.

Dr. Rodrigo Castro joins Pinnacle Orthopedics with an extensive knowledge of treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. He has experience providing specialized treatment of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal conditions with both surgical and non-surgical treatment options for a variety of spinal disorders and pain.

This place is very dirty. The workers are very rude and very unprofessional. They tell you they would like you to come to your appointments early and then you wait over a hour to be seen. Then while you waiting in the room you can hear the staff at the desk swear and saying how bored they are and talk about other people health issues. Very unprofessional !!

Iâve never heard a secretary speak so rude for no apparent reason. First, system was down for a week so I couldnât get an appointment. Then she returns my call and says, âNo, thatâs not an insurance company, so we canât help youâ. Without asking any information. Then she says âwhatâ instead of excuse me. The other secretary askedâ is that how you talk to themâ? She replied â sheâs black so she can only understand that wayâ !!! HORRIBLE

Dr Tetro is simply the best upper extremity specialist in WNY and his staff are all top notch! They accept most types of insurance including Workers Comp, and Dr Tetro will fight the insurance companies to get you the care you need.
The PT/OT department is best for the best, very skilled, friendly and knowledgeable.
Myself and my fiance have seen Dr Tetro and his associates (spine and lower extremity specialists) more than once, and have always been given the best treatment.
My only "complaint" is that Google

Never on time! Even after cancelling my appointment several times and rescheduling they couldn't be bothered to keep the appointment making patients and their time seem unimportant to them. It also took them over 2 months to file paperwork, keeping me out of work unnecessarily. I think this level of disregard speaks directly to their patient care and professionalism.

Friendly staff at the front desk but literally waited four hours between an initial appointment and CT Scan at facility next door. No communication with patients about wait time or apology for the wait. Also no patient confidentiality, as you can hear staff shouting names, dob and other PHI of patients when youâre in the âroomâ (area behind the curtain).

It was pretty quick from time signed in and leaving and the doctor Fishkin is great as well as his assistant doctor and his check out staff at the counter to make another appointment. A special surgical specialist makes it very easy to schedule or reschedule your surgery as well. Everyone else is just normal staff such as front counter sign in and the people that call you back and use the computer to update before the doctor comes in.
