At your first appointment bring your prescription from your physician, any x-rays you may have, and your insurance card. You or your child will be clinically evaluated for treatment and information gathered to determine the best course of treatment. Please find our patient information and practice polices below.
Great Lakes Orthopedic Labs, Inc. is located on Main Street just one block from Oishei Children's Hospital of Buffalo. For physicians and physician's representatives that require immediate Orthotic and Prosthetic care, please call 716-893-4116 during our normal business hours or to access our emergency calling service.

This place is AMAZING! My daughter loves it here! TJ and Blanch are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and up to date on modern equipment. They don't treat you like a number, they make you feel like you matter! This office goes above and beyond 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

T. J. Recently fit my 11 year old daughter with a scoliosis brace. He was so patient with her, answered all of her questions thoroughly, and even gave us many great practical tips that helped her to quickly adapt to the brace.
The fitting process was really cool- computer generated and high tech! T. J. Really took his time with her and modified it until it was PERFECT.
T. J. is so great with kids. I am forever grateful for his kindness towards my daughter. She is doing GREAT!!!!!!! 👍
