Ford came out to my apartment in the snow to replace my windshield on my 2013 Focus. He showed up early (he asked ahead of time to make sure that was ok) and finished the entire replacement within an hour. He was super friendly and explained everything along the way. He even cleaned off a sticker I've had stuck on a separate windshield for a year that had been driving me insane. He was easy to work with, kind, and the service was an incredible value. I'd do business with him again in a heartbeat and I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Ford was quick to respond and super reasonably priced - quoting me $150 less than other providers like Safelite. He let me know when he was on his way, when he arrived, and had my windshield completely replaced in less than an hour. It looks great, and I was able to go about my meetings and my day without leaving my home office!
