Services
At [re]FORM Fitness, our goal is to help you achieve your fitness objectives. Jodi is certified in BarreAmped, BarreBounce Levels 1 and 2 and pre and post-natal barre.

If you’re looking for a place to begin changing your body and mind, Reform is the place for you! Great atmosphere, amazing instructors that help you perfect and learn the proper form, and equally awesome ladies to workout beside. Their challenges help to keep you motivated and keep things fun. I love how they always push you to be your best in a positive way! I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!

1) In one hour, I get a full body workout (arms, legs, abs, core, cardio & strength training) without even having to put shoes on.
2) My RESULTS are in all the RIGHT places.
3) Small classes give me personal training at a fraction of the cost
4) The variety of classes and instructors keep me engaged, encouraged and motivated.
5) I can choose kicking, punching, and moving around or simply laying down on a reformer. I am able to take a Yoga class to relax and stretch or one to sweat, tone and tribal dance.
6) Creative and thoughtful voluntary challenges

About a year ago I started going to classes at Reform and really didn’t know what to expect. I had never done any yoga or barre classes EVER and had always told myself I wasn’t really “a gym person.” Well let me say Reform has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! Not only have I lost weight, I have noticed changes for the better in my body and never felt better or stronger. Not to mention the great people at Reform! It truly is a fitness family!! Reform fitness is amazing! Jodi and Andi and all the other teachers really make you feel welcome and make an effort to know your name. Theyre encouraging in class and you don't feel totally out of place as a new comer. This place has quickly become my daily dose of anti depressant and I don't know what I would do without my 530am classes! Y'all are the best!!!!

Best non-traditional gym I’ve ever belonged to! There is such a great mix of classes / times available. Each session is customized for your physical abilities with advanced and modified options and every single trainer has been amazing! I get so bored with normal gyms so this one is perfect for me & I’ve been going consistently 6x a week for months now. I LOVE IT!

I never thought I would actually enjoy exercising as much as I do at Reform Fitness! Everyone there is so friendly and makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter the door. The instructors are very knowledgeable and keep me motivated throughout each class. Perfect place for a fun, full body workout!
