During our initial consultation, he listened to what I wanted to gain/lose and he understood what I needed. Thanks to him, I have soared past my weight loss goals and I am excited to continue my health journey with Adrian's help! So after going home and trying on my wedding dress, it was juuuuust a little tight - I knew I needed to tone and tighten a few areas up a bit.

He understands that working out is more than just eating salads and coming to the gym. He makes it a point to help clients understand that working out is just as mental as it is physical and everyone’s bodies and lifestyle are different. Adrian is a wonderful trainer and nutritionist. He is dedicated to educating you on healthy food choices / portion control. If you are committed to change, you will definitely see results because Adrian is by your side throughout your journey. I've never been one to enjoy going to the gym. Bodystyle Personal Fitness is the best in Baton Rouge. Adrian is very knowledgeable about his craft and has great interpersonal skills. He is always punctual for his sessions and provide innovative workouts to avoid monotonous training. In addition, his gym is clean and sanitized in between guests. Mr Francois is one of the kindest, most sensitive people ever. I've dealt with other trainers who had bad "bedside manner." And I've never had positive results either. Mr Francois, on the other hand, is extremely patient and even took the time to go step by step with me on my meal plan and workout regimen according to my weight, age, and body type. He is very educated in his craft, therefore never leaving me in the dark about my health journey. I consider myself very fortunate to have him as my trainer. And now I have also gained a friend. My experience at Body Style Personal Fitness was AMAZING!! Not only were the exercises effective but I was provided nutritional education which enhanced my weight loss. I appreciate the one on one workouts which targeted my problem areas. The environment was nice and my trainer was very approachable. Being just as excited for my weight loss as I was, was motivation in itself. I would definitely utilize and recommend Adrian's services again.

I have been training with Adrian for about seven months, I wouldn't change a thing about his training methods. He's focused on every client individual needs and goals.
