Nice office. Poor business practices. I was surprised with a bill because they didn't tell me that my insurance PLAN was out of network--despite confirming when I initially made the appointment that they did take my insurance. This is something they should have and could have verified before my appointment. No attempt was made to make the situation right.

Had a crown re glued for almost 400 dollars. It was done quickly and took less than 30 minutes. Problem is the excess glue was not removed and is still there months after appt. I thought the cement might sluff off but not yet. Maybe I am a bit picky but one would think excess cement would have been cleaned off. Wont go back because I would probably charged for sloppy work.

Dr. Rouse and his staff are very professional, community oriented, and caring . They are there to take care and help educate their patients in their dental care. They have been really great with me during this time I a m going through with getting a dental implant done. They have done a great job at being flexible, especially with my crazy schedule. I wanted to say, Thank You for your time and your patience with me, and Thank You for what you do for the City of Tahlequah Residents. I look forward to growing old with you as my dentist, and growing old with your staff and you as my friends.
