If your dental insurance provider is not listed above, we will accept your dental insurance on your behalf and provide customer service for your claim; however it may affect your co-pays.

Dr. Black and his team have always done a great job on my teeth. He takes care of my sister and dad as well. His personality is always pleasant to deal with. His staff has also always been a pleasure to deal with. Since I have lived in Los Angeles and sometimes not sure when I'm coming to Tulsa they seem to always work with me and fit me in.
