Services
PILATES (pronounced "pi-lah-teez") is an exercise program to strengthen, stretch, realign and balance your whole body. It is well known for its focus on core strength and is often recommended for people with back issues. It is named after its creator Joseph Pilates and is used by dancers, athletes, physical therapists and fitness enthusiasts.
Get started with our New Client Special for a personal introduction to Pilates and our studio. Your expert instructor will recommend a customized program to meet your goals. You can feel the friendship and motivation of our studio from the convenience of your home. Our Virtual Membership includes UNLIMITED live stream & on demand for $59 per/month.
To get the best results attending 2-3 classes per week is recommended. Many of our regular clients tell us that two times per week is when they really started to feel and see dramatic changes in their body. Once a week can be a good place to start and/or use Pilates as cross training for other forms of fitness.
Classes are limited to 8 participants so special care is taken to match participants with similar goals and levels. You may need to do a few private sessions first to evaluate your level and orientate you to the equipment. If you have two friends who would join you, we can start a new class for a minimum of 3 participants.
We are always happy to personally assist you in signing up for classes. Please CONTACT US anytime. You may also schedule and purchase your own classes online or using the Mindbody app. Once you have completed your free 30 minute demo or a private session, you may enroll in reformer classes online as well.

Wish I had started Pilates, specifically Pilates in East, long ago! Relaxing but challenging. Helps my back strength SO much. Also, the on-line subscription is a great investment! Pick any program (core, stretching, gluts, etc.) from home at a convenient time. Ahme is my instructor and there is LITERALLY no question about anatomy she can't answer.

The absolute BEST Pilates studio! You will never get bored with this great group of fun, unique and knowledgeable instructors. Each instructor has their own way of training that makes each workout different, challenging and interesting. I can't say enough good things about this studio. I've been a regular for over 10 years and I feel stronger and in better shape every day and every time I attend a class!

I adore Pilates in East! I started with private reformer classes and worked my way up to the level III reformer group all because of how great the instructors are! They take the time to ensure you understand how to engage and isolate the muscles making each movement that much more effective. Truly, this was the first time I was able to find my abs; not only physically by visually. Micro movements sound cute but they are work. Try them!

All instructors in Pilates in East & Ada are super friendly and open-minded. They are always there for any help or advice you may need. They offer many different classes with various time so, you will definitely find some classes that will work for your schedule. Also, the instructors are always trying to learn something new so, you will never get bored. Please try it out today! You will love it.

I have now been going to Pilates in East for over ten years. I just signed up for Balanced Body Movement Principles being held at Pilates in East in February 2019. I'm looking forward to another great learning experience. Pilates in East has changed my life!!! This is the first time I have found something I can stick with and actually enjoy. After working 40+ hour days at a desk, nothing beats a Pilates class to get you back long and lean again. I also took an amazing hands on Anatomy in 3D class to learn more about how our muscles work. I have been taking reformer classes at Pilates in East (and their new location in Ada, too) for about 5 years. All instructors are amazing at challenging students, yet making sure body and reformer safety is a priority. Very welcoming environment. Beginners are welcome to start anytime, and if you are visiting the area and would like to join a class, you will find a friendly environment.

Ahme’ is a wonderful trainer ! I’ve been having some joint pain and muscle stiffness for a while but wanted to start exercising again. I started working out at Pilates in East and have not felt this good in a long time. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable of joint and muscle anatomy and can provide exercises that not only lengthen and strengthen (for toning) but they can easily focus on any problem spots that are sore or painful. Pilates in East gives you a full body workout with great friendly instructors and a beautiful spa like environment. Highly recommend!
