Plantar fasciitis is the most frequently encountered cause of plantar heel pain (I suffered with it for 6 weeks!). For many years pain in this region has been incorrectly termed the "heel spur syndrome". It would be better termed a "plantar heel pain syndrome". While heel spurs sound ominous, they can be present (50% percent of the population has one) and not cause any pain.
Achilles tendinitis is an overuse injury of the Achilles (uh-KILL-eez) tendon, the band of tissue that connects calf muscles at the back of the lower leg to your heel bone. Achilles tendinitis most commonly occurs in runners who have suddenly increased the intensity or duration of their runs. It's also common in middle-aged people who play sports, such as tennis or basketball, only on the weekends.
Heel pain can occur when the thick band of tissue that runs under the sole of the foot becomes inflamed. It's a common running injury. Heel pain and stiffness can also sometimes be caused by damage or tightness of the Achilles tendon, which runs up the back of the heel. This can occur gradually over a long period of time, or the tendon can suddenly rupture or tear.
AmnioFix is a human-derived "composite amniotic tissue membrane" that's created from healthy consenting mothers who have undergone scheduled cesarean sections. The donated tissue has been cleaned, dehydrated and sterilized. It's then blended with sterile saline to create an injectable solution that has remarkable healing capabilities.
Topaz Coblation therapy is a medical procedure that treats long standing chronic Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis. In the procedure, we use a special needle-like wand to create two or three dozen small holes, a quarter inch apart, in a grid pattern over the plantar fascia. As the wand enters the skin and fascia, it emits a small burst of radio wave energy, which creates a tiny cut and removes a small amount of tissue.

I have been with Dr Senatore for probably 20 years and I've had several surgeries, just had another today. I talked to him this summer about the problem with my toe and he said he could remedy for pain and fix the problem. It was so long ago I really forgot all that he told me but I went forward with the surgery anyway because I was confident that he would do the right thing and I trust him. He's very personable, competent, easy to talk to, and will explain things clearly for his patient.

Well, I had a very pleasant experience on my first visit to Dr. Senatore's office. I had an appointment with my primary doctor and I told him about the pain i was experiencing in my feet. He recommended that I call and make an appointment with Dr. Senatore. Since, I was already there, I decided to walk to his office. I asked if the doctor was in and if there was any way to be seen that day and immediately. I was so relieved when I was seen less than 10 minutes later. I was treated and my feet felt a hell of a lot better before I even left his office. As far as the front desk staff, just be nice

His office staff was really unprofessional. I called to confirm picking up my orthotics and they told me I could pick it up on Monday 6.20. I took vacation time from work and when I got there, they were closed for lunch. I came back during normal business hours and the door was locked and no one was in the office, so I called 5 times then left a message. I received a call 30 minutes later saying she was in the mail room and I could come back before 4pm. I drove back to the office for the 3rd time and when I arrived at the building at 3:50 and no one was there and the door was locked. I called 4
