I scheduled two other companies to come out to look at my green pool and none showed. Happen to get a hold of Ron (the owner) we set up an appointment time and date, he was prompt and very professional. I really liked the fact that this is a family owned and run business. It has now been 7 months since signing with them and super pleased.

Test and maintain proper chemical balance of chlorine, alkalinity, pH, calcium hardness and cyanuric (stabilizer). We perform full service pool cleaning in McKinney and Collin County, equipment inspection, and routine pool maintenance on a weekly basis. From December to March we offer Bi-Monthly Pool Service for a reduce price.
Turn the pump on and let it run for 1 minute, or until you don't see any dirt coming through sight glass anymore. Refer to the manufacturers instructions on your filter to find how much DE to add after a backwash. The general rule is to backwash when the PSI rises 7-10 points above normal operating pressure the pressure the filter runs in high speed following a filter clean in pool mode: the filter pressure will always be higher in spa mode.

First of all, when you sell your house and cancel the service, they keep charging you and are totally unresponsive via email and telephone. Secondly, I had leaks during the Texas freeze on some of the equipment in a property I was renting and I had to inform them of the leak, they didn't inform me. They checked and told me everything was fine and when I insisted it wasn't, they finally did the due diligence and actually checked and found it. When I was selling the house I paid for them to go twice a week as I live in another state entirely. The constant feedback from the viewers and the estate

Excellent company. I flinched at their initial bid the first time I used them, but hired them and they got the job done the next day and it worked. Price was fair and the work was outstanding. Used them ever since and have been especially I pressed with Ted who has taken extra time to explain equipment to me. A+

Our pool has never looked so good since we started using patriot pools- they are amazing! Our pool tech will stay for over an hour each week cleaning our pool not leaving until it sparkles! Patriot pool are the real deal when it comes to service your pool , you don’t have to measure chemicals etc.. the only reason you go to your pool is to enjoy it .
Adam shows every week like a clock and do all this for us I trust him around my family and always great work ethic he is the best they are all the best .
One more think they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need and believe me if they ask for it you pool owner need it , and I like that , what can I say they are cool.

Awesome pool company! In our household, we joke that they don't need another 5-star review because they are so good, but we have to give credit where credit is due. Customer service is top notch, which is refreshing (and we know from experience that not every company is pleasant to deal with or responsive). Very friendly people, including the folks visiting our home as well as management. I had never owned a pool before and purchased a house with one in 2017. The pool needed to be entirely re-plumbed, new filter internal components, a booster pump, and a new salt system. I had three separate companies give me bids and while Patriot wasn't the absolute cheapest, they were well within range of the other bids. They were however the only company that walked me through exactly what they would do, why their bid was the price it was, and made me feel comfortable in spending a significant amount of money with them.
