West Pool Service is a full service pool maintenance and repair company. We are family owned and operated. My name is Chris West, owner and operator of West Pool Service. My wife, Julie is the Bookkeeper. We are located in Frisco, TX. I have been servicing pools since 1995. My team and I clean and maintain the pools.

We have gone through probably 3 or 4 different pool companies trying to find great service at a competitive price. So happy to have found West Pool Service. The bills are easy to read, repairs are handled efficiently and I appreciate the effort they make to communicate with me about what's going on with our pool.
Our Weekly Pool Service Maintenance Program provides everything a pool needs on a regular ongoing basis and includes cleaning and chemicals at a flat monthly rate. After every pool cleaning we leave a SERVICE CARD. The purpose of the service card is to inform you of your chemical readings, chemicals added, water level and equipment checked.
If you are like many pool owners you may not understand why it is important to clean your filters regularly. Regular filter cleanings can actually pay for themselves over time. The dirtier your filter the harder your pump has to work and the more electricity is needed to move the same amount of water.
West Pool Service can diagnose a wide range of pool issues and save you time and money in the process. Most of the time, it's an easy fix and the charges are nominal. Our view is to look at what is practical and the best repair/replacement for your pool. We have been in business since 1995 and have the experience and skills required to troubleshoot your pool equipment.
The process of acid-washing your pool removes unsightly stains due to hard water and algae buildup. Once your water begins to look murky and unusually green or black, it's likely that your pool could use an acid-wash to clean it up. While you can perform this process yourself, it's best to leave it to a professional service to avoid damaging the plaster surface of your pool.

I contacted Chris about some repairs and he responded same day. He came out and gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair. Pool heater and mastic were replaced within a week and they did a great job! We are very happy with the work and pricing. Will be calling them again for any future pool needs! Thanks Chris!

I’m so thankful that we found West Pool Service thru the recommendations on various websites. Chris is always very responsive via phone and text, and extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, reasonably priced and has been wonderful to work with; we highly recommend him! Not only does Chris have our pool sparkling and looking wonderful (and is able to do so without leaving strong chemical smells) he recommended, obtained, and installed great pool equipment. Our pool is in great hands with Chris, and we give him the highest recommendation!

Chris and his guys are awesome and very knowledgeable. He previously installed my pool pump which I purchased online and did a great job and more recently the has helped with filter cleaning and he has also helped my father in law with a mysterious leak in his system. He was able to identify the problem and fix it on the same visit. I highly recommend West Pool Service!!!!

I used Chris for the first time this week in my newly purchased home. The filters were filthy and the pool needed some TLC which is exactly what Chris did. Why would anyone use any other service than West Pool service. Polite, timely, accurate and no up sell like those other pool companies that told me i need to drain my pool bc CYA level is to high.

Our pool was in very bad shape, and we had a quote from another service for what needed to be done. We called West Pool Service for a second quote. I contacted Mr. Chris West on a Sunday afternoon, and he was there Monday morning to look at our pool. He gave us a quote that was way below the previous one, and had our pool sparkling clean and working by the weekend. This was a few months ago, and to date our pool is still working beautifully. I highly recommend West Pool Service!
