HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HAD ME SITTING A HOUR BEFORE ANY ONE CAME! BUSINESS SAY OPEN AT 8 BUT DID NOT OPEN TILL 10! CHANGED THE PRICE OF MY WINDOW 3 TIMES! THE GUY ACTUALLY LOOKED AT ANOTHER WINDOW INVOICE AND BASED MY PRICE OFF THAT! THEN THE GUY THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE STATED I GOT HIM IN TROUBLE WHEN HE CLEARLY TOLD ME TO BRING THE WINDOW AT 9!

I've been dealing with many service companies while rehabbing houses. My experience with Manny's was so good I'm writing my first review. First, I submitted a request online and the next morning I received a phone call, text and email response. With most companies you're lucky if you hear from them within a couple days. Their service was outstanding -- responsive, followed up, showed up on time. That should be a given, but believe me it's not! Then in addition they were replacing a window with obsolete hardware (I'm sorry I don't know the technical names of window parts) and Manny was able to fix
