Staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The bike looked better in person, then the website pics. I was thoroughly impressed, and rode out on my 1st Harley. Met everyone in the store, and all were above board professionals. The enthusiasm from everyone after the sale was completed managed to match my own jubilation at being a Harley owner. I can't say enough great things about Miracle City Harley-Davidson.

Saw they had the bike I wanted listed as "in stock" on line. I verified with the on line chat person it was indeed in stock. Provided my email and phone number so someone could reach out to me. Got a text from McKenzie again confirming the bike was in stock and an invitation to come see it. ( I live 3-1/2 hours away. ) Called McKenzie four times without a response. Called in for another sales person ( very helpful ) who told they do not have it, and in fact he could only find one available in Las Vegas. I expressed my frustration and left it at that. But then 20 minutes later I got another text

I love my bike, but Miracle City...😔
It would be a miracle to get a call back from the service dept! My handlebars were loose, my front left turn signal was loose, I wasn't given the spanner wrench for the rear suspension and the service department set my first service appointment wrong.When I showed up 45 minutes late (15 mins early😁) I was told they couldn't fit me in (I performed the 1st service myself). Now my gas cap rattles louder than the motor and for weeks I have been trying to get a warranty gas cap. With each week that goes by, I have to call the service department to find out
