Kevin was great !! Got a 50cc scooter brand new. Motor Werks did the oil change in one day while I was at work. Also had a friend put a 80cc swap and a racing carburetor. I needed it tweaked to run right. I couldn’t drop off till 545 and Kevin stayed till I got there. 🙏🏻
It took a couple days but I understand I’m not the only one …. So thank you Kevin and the mechanics at Motor Werks. Now it runs better then ever !! 🙌🏻

Competely ignored my request for work.. I wanted a upgraded card on my child 4wheeler instead they drilled and cleaned the one that was in it... I said this is not what I want.. refused to give me my bike unless I paid the outrages bill.. a new card cost 15 dollars the charged me 133 for something I didn't want.. I still have to find a different carb... do not go here the rip people off listen to the old mechanics reveiw on here... rip of and shady

READ VERY CAREFULLY! I am not well versed with mechanical scooter work that’s why when Water got into my fuel is when I contacted them for repair. They put a new carburetor on my scooter charged me 350$. No value for money at all. I didn’t ride it for a day or two after he did a walk around for me and then the next day when I tried to start the scooter smoke started coming out from the exhaust and my scooter did not have any race at all, it did not even move forward. Contacted them again said that I have already paid so much money and it’s still not working so get it fixed for me now. Took

I attempted to use Motor Werks to service my ATV. Kevin said it would take a couple days and he would be sure to call us before ordering any additional parts if they were needed. 2 weeks went by and after multiple attempts to contact Kevin to get a status update we finally decided to pick up our ATV and take it somewhere else. Upon arrival when I attempted to pick it up, I found our ATV parked in the back of the shop outside with no secure barriers. It had not moved since we initially dropped it off when I saw him park it. This shop is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. Dropped off tires at 9am to have new ones put on and balanced. The owner said it wouldnt take long and he would call when they were done. Around 4 we called up there and he said he was starting them. We Showed up at the shop at 5:40 (keep in mind his door and website say he closes at 6) just to sit there until 6:15 when he showed up in a car asking “are you going to wait until 9am.” He told us he would have a guy come in early to do them and have the tires finished the next day by 10 or 11. Well I'll give them one star they did complete the job but it took them all day to put a chain on I don't understand why ??? then at 4o'clock a little after 4 o'clock the owner calls me and tells me that the bikes ready but he's leaving at 4:30 there's no way I can make it there in 20 minutes I live 45 minutes away, very disappointed I will not be returning to this place again!!!!!!! PS. If you're going to put ours your store hours online or on yelp make sure they're correct if you're going to close early on a Friday please let your customers know?

Kevin was excellent. I brought my maddogg in and he treated it as if it was his. Told me he'd be done by Tuesday/Wednesday and got a surprise phone call to come get it on Saturday. Impressed and will return in the future.

Leaving a 4 star for now I'll update when I get my bike back. I got my bike drove it for 3 minutes and it died. I dont believe it had to do with anything they did. I believe it was just a m.j other problem his mechanic possibly overlooked or missed. But, I will say this though, the owner locked up the shop and left just to come pick the bike up even though he was short handed. I understand hes busy and has other things going on. But hopefully I'll have my bike back this weekend. He has been working with me and I very much appreciate him doing what he can to help me our.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! Do not take your bike to this shop. Kevin is sneaky and a fast talker. He’ll try to give you the runaround. Had to get police involved in order to get my bike back from him after I decided not to sell it on consignment. He also recommended I replace a fender since it had very minor scratches on it and when I did he never even installed it on the bike. I wish I would have read the other reviews before going there but I’m definitely never going back. This guy is a joke!!! Wish I could put a zero star rating

Went there to get my rear tire changed on my motorcycle. The cost of rear tire on 05 ultra classic was around $170 everywhere else but the owner of this business wanted $220 plus $100 in labor/installing the tire. The reason I said yes to the deal was him saying that he can get the tire installed by next day if he get it in time
That was on Thursday. I had to call him again on Friday. He said he got tire in late. On Saturday i had to contact him again asking about service
His response was he didn't have an employee to work on it. In Monday i had call him again and this time he took he don't have

Service tech solved a carburetor issue I had on my 4 wheeler that two different Polaris dealers couldn't solve.
Spent way too much time and money at the dealers...wish I had found Motor Werks earlier.
Only place I am taking all my work equipment and toys from now on!

Got stranded on my bike! 2017 street glide special. Lost ability to steer. Called closest shop and got Kevin .. within 45 minutes he picked up my bike and me and got us back to the shop! Within the hour found out I had a hole in back tire .. something went in/out.. the loss of air was affecting my steering ! Ordered my tire, on the UPS truck next afternoon, installed tire, tested it himself and got me back on the road! Great work ethic and couldn't have been treated better! Seamless experience doing business with him and I plan to do lots more! I would recommend MOTOWERKS highly to anyone

This is the 2nd time I have used Motor Werks in Cocoa. I have a relative that is very hard on his scooter, so I again had to get it repaired because it was basically trashed. It was done in about a week and was again in working condition! Kevin has been polite, timely and detailed in repairs that needed to be done. I have always been able to contact him thru business hours and if I miss him he calls back usually within a couple of hours. Recently got new tires put on my bike. The owner was very hospitable and stayed an hour past closing time to get my bike finished in time so I could go to Bike Week the following day. Worst place ever ..crooks do not do business here took bike here had to take them to court to settle there wrong doing

I called asking how much they charge to swap two tires on my Harley sportster. The guy said 50 a tire and we have the best Harley mechanics. I told him I bought my tires and have them to bring in and he began to tell me that was a dumb move and we could've bought tires for cheaper. I said I will call back and he began to ask why do you want to go somewhere else? You're going to pay less and get terrible quality. I think his name is Kevin and one of the worst customer service phone calls. I decided to go with someone else and pay 10 bucks more for better customer service.

Great folks! Best customer service! Owner stayed late to squeeze in my repair on my motorcycle. I have been going to them for several years now and they work on my bike and my son's bike. They are really reasonably priced for the expert service. Their techs know their stuff and it is nice to have a shop I trust. I have never taken the time to thank them for always taking such great care of us and our bikes running great! Thanks guys and thanks for staying late for me. Kevin was very busy and it took awhile to speak with him. Need a battery for my 2015 Harley. I usually only use Harley dealer parts. Taking with Kevin I decided to try the battery he sells. The bike starts right up in fact it cranks much faster. Even when the bike was brand new it never cranked that fast. I'll report back here on the longevity of the battery. While a very busy shop they gave me all the time I needed. The shop stayed open past their normal hours to help me out. Most shops won't do that.

To start, as there seems to be some confusion here and on google, I am a former tech of this shop who quit after the owners continuously took advantage of me and my service there. I have never once claimed to be a customer of theirs. The conditions that were discussed at hiring negotiations were never met, i was grossly underpaid, and after 6 months of approaching them trying to resolve the situation, they refused, so i walked. Afterwards, he refused to give me my last paycheck, and then began to harass me on my phone.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. A lot of their practices i witnessed
