I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars, as they have been incredibly helpful. In particular, Chad is absolutley amazing and has gone above and beyond to help me out. Long story short, I purchased a moto tech scooter directly from the factory and it had a couple issues that needed replaced. The factory has been slow to respond but Chad has not only kept things moving, but took it upon himself to ship me a new part on their own dime.... and I am not even his client!! Thats the type or customer service that you (unfortunately) don't see very often, which is why I wanted to be sure and

This company is horrible. they sent me a defective scooter asked me to send the part back as i did, got the part back and it broke again. 2 months later im still waiting for them to rectify the problem and they seem as if they dont care. told me i cant get my money back also which is B.S.!! stay away from this company

I bought a MotoTec 800W 48V Electric Powered Trike, MT-TRK-800 . One of the fender had a crack. I contact customer service through their email, Chad responded right away and send me a new fender with very little questions. My experience with this company is like it should be. We all might have different reviews but for me all when smooth and I thank Chad again for excellent customer service.

I have worked with numerous online companies buying scooters and motorized toys over the years. This is the only company I could find where the staff speaks English, knows their products in and out and is willing to go the extra mile. For example, when I needed a part they didn't stock, they took the time to pull the part from a returned unit to sell to me. Nobody else online would do this, you are lucky just to get an email back from most online companies. Big Toys will go far! They have earned all of my business for anything motorized.

If Big Toys USA has whatever it is that you need or if your just thinking about buying one of there hundreds of amazing toys they carry then I 100% strongly recommend you place your order with them because You will not find it anywhere cheaper nor will you receive it as fast as you will from these guys. Not ebay or Amazon can compete!!! I just received my first of many orders to come yesterday & I was shocked because it came 4 days early & not just that the part i baught from these guys is a pretty hard

These guys are great. I have an EVO UBERSCOOT 1600W and a gas 50cc (2x). Chad and the crew are always responsive, polite and professional with any questions ive had over maintenance, upgrades, or advice.
