Only been once, but it seemed like they had a lot in the store to choose from. The guy I talked to was friendly, but didn't have much emotion, just kind of droned on. He was knowledgeable about the bikes and willing to work on the price of some older models. It was nice to be able to try the bikes out.

Do not spend your money here. Terrible customer service. Had my wife's bike tuned up last week before a weekend riding trip in Michigan. We rode for less than a mile and her bike (trek ex 8) was not shifting right, jumping gears and clearly something was wrong especially since it just received a "tune up" I called Al and asked if he would refund me $10 for an adjustment I would get in Michigan since I was already up there. He asked if I bought the bike there I replied no. He then said well that's your answer then and hung up on me. My wife and myself bought two other bikes from Brings cycle, I

Just left the store, VERY DISAPPOINTED, needed a spoke replaced, was told there is no way they could stock all the necessary spokes, which I understood, I asked how long to get one, reply was " gee I don't know, could be a week or two or even longer, you could go online and order what you need". Yes I could, but I am not a bicycle shop that repairs bicycles. I felt they could care less about my business and I never will darken their door again. For a relatively small market area you would think they cared a little more about customer service and relations.
