Concorde's sister company, Blue Rock Construction Services, LLC, oversees all the construction and maintenance projects for the firm as well as jobs for third party clients. Blue Rock has been contracted over the years to build many structures in the Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Cochroach infestation. Its been years since they've had this based on their reviews. And they're literally trying the least they can to do nothing about it. How? For years they have known about this and they only request to clean the infestation out from "some" of the apartments around "your apartment" because they think that's the root cause...your whole building needs to be cleaned out. NOT just the ones near the effected area.

Concorde is taking over our building as management. To your face they act very concerned with the issues brought to them but over the phone or via their app they don't care. I've had maintenance requests deleted by them without being handled. The buildings are bug infested and they don't care. Brooks is the company they use and I am sure they are family somehow because the games they play are beyond insane. I've filed complaints with the health department and feel the issues may get handled through them or Concorde will back out of the management. They have left units unlived in for months and

I lived at Capitol Hill apartments for 15 months. As this was my first time renting, I can't compare Concorde Management to anything else; however, I have nothing but good things to say. They always answered any questions I had in a timely manner and the same goes for any maintenance requests I put in. All of my requests were filled the day after I submitted them. Rent always stayed the same in the duration of time that I rented from them and your utilities are included in your rent. They manage very nice apartments and I would recommend renting from them to anyone.

Maintenance could be better. It would be nice to have regular maintenance done, BUT also be notified when someone is entering, like other places I have rented through. When a request is put in, they don’t respond, but when it’s time for rent they blow my phone up. Note never responding to my previous texts or calls.
I’m told to move if I’m so unhappy... when instead the issue should be FIXED to make me more comfortable in my place I’ve lived for the last 4 years.
