Services
In an effort to re-coup operating expenses and provide for inflation, building owners do one of two things: either they quote a higher rate which they think will cover all of these things, or they quote a lower price and bill the tenant directly. Sometimes they quote a price somewhere in the middle that includes only some of the things on the chart below.
Home of the Huskers and nearly 300,000 people; one hour away from Omaha which brings the regional population to over 1 million. Seventy-eight percent of commuters in Lincoln travel 24 minutes or less. Unemployment and foreclosures are far below the national average. In 2003 I bought two commercial buildings with the assistance of Robin Eschliman and Eschliman Commercial Real Estate. In 2021, Robin and Ted Eschliman sold one of the two buildings for me....In four days with a cash buyer that closed in a month from signing. That is amazing in the year of COVID-19 when most business worked remote or were not open. Great job! I would recommend them for lease, sale or purchase.

Ted and Robin worked very diligently to find office space for the company that I work for. We had a relatively short window of time to move and Ted found the perfect spot for us. Fortunately the new space needed very little demolition work and the landlord of the new property was able to get all the updating finished within our timeframe.

Robin Eschliman works tirelessly, in a what is basically a closed system - Lincoln Nebraska's Commercial Real Estate - to help you find the place you need at a price you can afford. It's not easy as there is not a lot here. She did this for us in the midst of seemingly hebephrenic landlords who leave their buildings in disgusting conditions, in certain cases these buildings made us retch, literally, from the horrifc stench. But Robin, never deterred, rises above the third world conditions that many Lincoln landlords leave their buildings in, and works with these confused people to find you a gem
