It was incorporated with two stockholders: Jeff Eastey and Sally Johnson. The first order was received from Viking Packaging for two sets of rebuilt Weldotron sealers and tunnels. The business was conducted out of a garage for the first 4 months. Two additional employees were added that first year, one of whom is still with Eastey Enterprises today!
