I absolutely LOVE Gabby. I was (and still am) going through a very difficult time in my life. From the start, Gabby was empathetic and very caring. My heartbreaking issue resulted in an anxiety induced heart attack. All through this horrible situation, Gabby was there for me when I needed to talk and for the medical support needed in addition to my cardiologist. Gabby is very supportive and I truly appreciate all her help and guidance in my situation. I highly recommend Gabby. The office manager, Kendra, was also very wonderful during my situation, I could not be more grateful for her shoulder

I've been coming to these people for years and they are amazing! Wonderful wonderful providers and an excellent staff. Over the years I've met with several providers and they are all kind, patient, and super knowledgeable. Plus the whole cowboy vibe of the clinic I really dig. As long as they'll have me I'll continue to come here forever!

I’m so disappointed in the staff at Family first physicians, the office manager of the practice really needs customer service skills, during a dull blown pandemic she was walking around with out a mask as well as half her staff, when I told her about it she said it’s encouraged but not a policy what a joke and I guess she is excluded she continued to walk around with out a mask you would think what promotes you is the ability to lead but that was a wash..... there is one young lady at the front who has way better customer service then their manager so sad I wonder why she isn’t in that position

Horrible all the way around.
No one refers to my notes. Took a month and a half of me calling and reminding for them to finally send my referral.
But it was the wrong one I had to call to get them to send the correct information, only to find out that the place they referred me to was not the doctor I was planning on seeing.
Totally different practice. I needed a specialist, and they totally disregarded that.
Don't go here. They don't call with results, it's hard to get in touch with anyone, doctors are rude and insensitive. I did not get any help here.

My entire family changed to Family First Physicians about a year ago. Our first appointment was for my late husband with Amber V. She was and still is amazing. She made us feel like we had been with the practice forever. Answers all our questions and investigates everything she can think of and if we think of something she looks into that as well. I later took in the 3 teenagers and once again, she was amazing. The boys just love Amber and do not mind when I tell them we are off to see her. She talks (relates) to them better than I have seen another adult do in years. We have seen Amber for things

The wait time is way too long. Had an appointment for each time I go in and sometimes I’ll be waiting 45 mins past my appointment time.
Some of the doctors are rude and just want to get you out of the door as quickly as possible.
Will be doing business with another business in the future.

This is the only doctors office where you can usually get same day appointments. I see Jennifer she always takes her time and really listens to my concerns. Her medical assistant is also wonderful. With returning calls. Plus they have a sonora quest lab in there office.

I find the staff here to be very kind courteous and professional. I have not seen the doctor but the PA that I have seen is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them. Office is clean and pleasant also.
