We offer Family Medicine for ages 12 and older as a Direct Care Physician (DPC) including general health, diabetes, acute illness and injuries, wellness exams, minor surgical skin procedures, osteopathic manipulation for back pain, neck pain, asthma, and migraine/tension headaches.The DPC model allows for more acute and thorough care, a streamlined healthcare experience, and more importantly will save you money in the long run.

Dr. Tymcyzna is dedicated to being your Partner in Health, and our office boasts a convenient location, ample space and a comfortable and relaxed environment for all patients. Our office is conveniently located in the beautiful Rural Court Office Park, just south of the U.S. 60 Highway on Rural Road.
I understand that, under the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 {HIPAA}, I have certain rights to privacy regarding my protected and confidential health information. I understand that this information can and will be used to:. Obtain Conduct, plan, and direct treatment and follow-up among the multiple healthcare providers who may be involved in treatment, either directly or indirectly.
This is a solo-practice, meaning I am the only doctor and I have one full-time medical assistant. I see every patient and perform all procedures myself, as opposed to ancillary staff or technicians. Together, we work to make your experience with us more personal, and our goal is to provide the highest quality of care to all of our patients in a timely and respectful manner.
Direct Physician Care is a health care delivery model, approved by the American Medical Association, which emphasizes patient care. DPC gets rid of the time limitations that insurance companies place on physician-patient contact (usually 15 minutes), single subject visits ( only one health concern may be discussed per visit), unnecessary and redundant forms and other " red tape" that negatively impacts your patient care.

I've been a patient of Dr. T for 5 years. I can't say enough good things about her care for her patients. She made the switch to Direct Care just over a year ago, eliminating the costs/paperwork of insurance companies. Instead, I pay a small annual amount for her expertise. This has freed her up to care for her patients' needs rather than what insurance companies believe they are. When she refers me out to other professionals for services, I use my insurance for those appointments and doctors.

Dr T. is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients and their well-being. She takes time to listen to any questions I have during appointments and provides thoughtful recommendations and options based on my needs and concerns. She is impressively thorough, knowledgeable on a level that many of her “colleagues” simply cannot and do not compare, and all of this combines with true compassion. Dr. Tymchzena is so thorough with our check ups. She is an excellent doctor, I’ve been seeing her for years and feel so much more confident in my health now. I had horrible anxiety and stomach issues when I first met with her (after seeing many other docs who just prescribed me nausea and anti-anxiety meds) she had me tested for allergies and I found out I am allergic to some foods! I have cut them out and since have felt amazing! Love her!!
