Nobody is happy when their heating or cooling system or HVAC breaks down, especially because it almost always happens at the worst time - when the weather is hottest or coldest. Regular Maintenance and Tune-up is the best way to prevent unexpected breakdowns of your heating and air conditioning systems and can extend its lifetime.
Planned Maintenance is essential to the proper functioning of not only residential, but especially commercial HVAC equipment. If preventive maintenance is not performed regularly or if it is done haphazardly, the equipment will require extensive and costly repairs at a later date. This is not just a case of "pay me now or pay me later."
