She is certified through the Living Yoga Program in Austin (www.livingyogaprogam.com), and holds an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) membership with Yoga Alliance. Jan's yoga instruction incorporates all eight limbs of the yogic path, including pranayama and meditation. Students are ensured a healthy, serene foundation in Hatha yoga, with fun infusions from other styles.

Sense the welcome as soon as you enter the studio. You'll find a shoe shelf, hooks for your jackets and a hot/cold water dispenser, with cups and makings for tea. Feel free to refill your water bottles and bring them into the practice space as long as they are tightly closed. Be observant of the class atmosphere when you arrive.
Although we no longer require masks (most of our students are vaccinated) they are available in the entry if you'd feel more comfortable wearing one. Pleasestay home if you have fever or a cough. All checks made payable to Jan Dial. Credit cards accepted via Square. You may also pay by logging into your PayPal account and entering my e-mail address, jpd1978@yahoo.com.

I just moved here from Austin Texas, and was worried sick about finding a studio that even came close to what I left behind, well I can say Grace Yoga is it!!!! Jan is wonderful, she has a nice cozy studio and I felt right at home ( back in Austin)!....so please give Grace Yoga a try you won't be sorry.
