Hey Yelpers. So let me tell you about this establishment. My boyfriend at the time (now husband) introduce me to Brian and Lilah because the tax preparers I was using were over charging me and I wasn't getting my full benefits and exemptions. I gave them a try and never looked back. They were professional took their time and took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on the tax laws and system. If you want the best of the best, I recommend you go see them. It's operated by Husband, Wife and Son. There staff ...excellent.

This is my 2nd time using Top Tax and let me just say they are great! I arrived a little early, and had to wait a little bit. I didn't mind at all. I was a little leery of a different person doing our taxes this year. (The guy that did them was there, he was just helping someone else.) I'm so happy that I went ahead and worked with Javier because he was a gem! I was missing one W-2 so I couldn't finish, but he was patient and kind. I thought I could find the W-2 online, but I couldn't. Javier waited for me and I kept apologizing(as I was searching for the W-2) and he just kept saying, "No worries

What can I say about Top Tax Pros? They make it happen. Period. Brian and company always make sure to leave no stone unturned in order to get me my maximum refund. Did I mention they're quick? Well, they are. They get you in and out and getting an appointment is hassle-free although they do take walk-ins. I've been going to Top Tax Pros for 7 years now and even though I've moved out of the area, like 180 miles out of the area, I will continue to have my taxes prepared by them. They are that good. 'Nuff said.

From the routine to the complex, this is the place you want to be. I have been going to Top Tax Pros for six years now and started with a fairly complex matter for my Step-mother. With research and lots of due diligence, Brian Cook make a successful case to the IRS and saved her a lot of overpaid tax. Another trust matter arose with a missing 1099 and with research and perseverance this matter was successfully resolved with the State Franchise Board. Great service from everyone here especially Mr. Cook himself! My mother, brother, and I all got our taxes done this year at this establishment and we all recommend coming here! The process was simple, they do everything they can to give you the best possible outcome as far as your taxes is concern. Top Tax Pro has been preparing my taxes for 4 years. My son referred me to Brian. After my first initial meeting with Brian, I knew that I was in the right tax office. My previous tax preparer was under claiming $800-$1200 per year for me.

I called i to ask for services regarding negotiating with IRS about an amount of money I owe. He basically gave me free advice that he didn't need to provide. It was honest and I appreciated the fact that he didn't have to do that for me. I wish I got his name before I ended the call but that is a sign of integrity you don't see much of these days. I'm sure its speaks volumes about how they conduct business. I will be bringing my business for my income taxes soon. Thank you to whoever assisted me through the phone.

I have been going to this place for many years and they never give me a reason to stop coming here. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. You can expect to never be here for an hour but maybe the most 15-20 minutes if you are a new client. Once they have you in their system then they just go back from the previous year and just update everything which is why you are not here for long because who wants to do their taxes for a long time.

The reason I give it this rating is mostly based on the price. They were quick and friendly staff but we had to remind The preparer of a few things but mostly when it came time to pay the owner seemed to get a number off the top of his head and looked at last years tax documents that were prepared by someone else and then gave the price(I'm not sure why I was required to bring those for my price) call me crazy but I have never paid more than $100 to file and he charged us $180 and said that was a discount ..for that price I would've expected a fancy envelope at the very least but nope

This place is ridiculously expensive and suspicious. My daughter is young and a first time filer, this place tried to take advantage of her by charging her $285.00 dollars to file her 2018 taxes. My daughter asked why she was being charged so much and the lady said well when we input the information in the system it calculates the charge. The women could not give my daughter a proper explanation.
My daughter only made 13k and has one dependent and nothing else to write off. The fee she was charged was ridiculously high and the return was suspiciously high. My daughter took her business somewhere

I love the spring time but tax season puts a damper on what could otherwise be a joyous time of the year.
One thing I DON'T hate is working with Brian Cook and the group at Top Tax Pros every April. My husband and I have been regular clients for over a decade, and more often than not we bring our dog with us so she can get out of the house and enjoy the jovial atmosphere of the office.

Great service from my initial phone to the end of finalizing of having my taxes filed.
Brian was knowledgeable. Learned a few things & got great tips moving forward.
Overall I was satisfied with the service I received from Brian & Javier, that I'm ready to make my next appointment for next year's tax season. They were both wonderful.
