I was struggling for a few years that I was late on filing taxes and did not know what to do it was about 4 , years that I did not file and it's wanted to collect every where else I would go , I did not receive help that I needed . Tom on the other went above and beyond for me he asked for some documents and asked for a bit of time and helped me in the best way and simplest way possible, was super respectful and patient and got to work immediately, before I knew it my taxes were filed and now I just have to worry about this year , Thank you Tom look forward to seeing you again this new year

Joe is still here after moving the office from near Marshall's. So glad. He's a true professional. He and his staff are on the ball, courteous and on top of all the taxes changes and stimulus issues! Thx Joe!

I have not been the best at keeping track of my own tax documents over the years and I was initially overwhelmed with the idea of trying to prep my tax returns from the past few years. Tom totally handled it and made the experience seamless. I plan to continue to work with Tom as his team for all my future tax needs! I couldn't recommend them enough!

Well apparently my Economic payment the 2nd one is sitting in Ameritax Bank or they put it in someone else account...not good!!! Got a phone call from Treasury Department inquiring about services their. I've had no problems until NOW IRS states a deposit was made 2/3/2021 never received it called several times no one responded. Then I was told by Ameritax IT'S FRAUD yeah on which end???? Today 2/20/2021still no response

Just left a review on google but wanted to do so on yelp as well because of the great service I received from here. I was helped out by Tom Watson. I came in and let him know of my previous situation with the IRS and he let me know what they could do and how to handle future issues. Because of the coronavirus I dropped off my paperwork in the morning and picked them up just a few hours later. Great experience and handled quickly and professionally. She was extremely patient and took the time and explain every bit of detail that I needed to know for my tax situation. She provided suggestions to help maximize my tax deduction and was prompt in preparing my tax return.

I cannot adequately convey how relieved and thrilled I am with the outcome, every year that I go to Ameritax. I actually kick myself for waiting as long as I do into the tax season, to make an appointment.

My husband and I went here for the first time doing our taxes in person, and I'm glad I chose this place over the other places I was looking into. We were introduced to Tom, and he was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole time we were there. He was so informative and answered every question we had so that we know what to be aware of for the next time we file taxes. Tom Watson is super awesome. He gave us great tips and made sure we got more money back. He spent an hour looking over our complicated paperwork and walked us through it. Very welcoming and I would highly recommend him.

Service was incredible so came back to file my taxes here for a second year in a row! Tom's the man to see! He'll walk you through the process which is extremely helpful for people like me who are not THAT savvy when it comes to taxes!

Trish was great. Knowledgeable.. able to multi task and do my taxes instantly while answering important questions and providing great advice. Not a cpa but I found her to be knowledgeable than most (& I've dealt with a lot of cpas in the past). Quick in and out. VERY reasonable and just down to earth place. Great location too. Waiting to see Trish! This is my second appointment! Trish and her staff are the absolute best. This tax office is so knowledgeable and thorough. I couldn't be happier. This process is so stressful and annoying BUT Trish and her team truly are dedicated to assisting their clients and making things seamless! Hoping for another great experience tonight

Trish is the tax whisperer or rather a Tax Ninja! She deftly took on my 2014 - 2017 tax years with ease. Like a Ninja, it's as if she entered into enemy territory in secret and ran away with their top secrets. She then employs the fiercest Ninja skills, that of a problem solver. She remained alert at all times, prepared to solve complicated problems on the spot.

This is one Ninja I'm glad is in my corner!
