When we first made our home in Chicago, if you didn't have health insurance, you had a hard time getting healthcare, let alone good healthcare. We knew we wanted to change that. We wanted to create places in which people could access excellent health care.
We moved into a neighborhood in Chicago that raised a few peoples' eyebrows and Dr. Crevier commuted 'backwards' everyday into the suburbs, as he took over a longtime Ingalls physician's practice.We started working on improving access to healthcare on the southside. Dr. Crevier told Carol he would 'do this on his day off'.

We are a team of people made up of a physician, two nurse practitioners, two receptionists, three medical assistants, and four nurses. Rosie is one of our receptionists. She makes doing three things at once look easy because she has such a ready smile--you can hear it in her voice on the phone. Maria is a calm steady presence on our team and she is Rosie's partner at the front desk.

I wish I could give a rating for how this center's doctors are. Couldn't get past the unbelievably rude, and entirely unknowledgeable, person that answered the phone. Then transferred to the most ignorant, and rude nurse I have ever spoken to in my entire life. I was trying to find the correct doctor, specializing in a certain condition. I understand that may take some time to look into, but if you don't want to help someone with that then why would anyone want to make an appointment here?

Dr. Crevier has been my doctor for over 13 years. He has been an amazing doctor to me. He is so calm & thorough with his treatment plan. Every visit he prays for me & my family. His staff Is awesome too. Maria & Rosie great office administrators. Misty, Patty, Sue, Jordan incredible RN's staff. I must not forget NP Suzanne Deese" she brings attentiveness to Dr. Crevier office. They make decision that brings assurance to my mind.

I found Dr. C when I moved to the South Suburbs 4 years ago. I can’t believe I found such a great doctor simply by looking up doctors in the area. He has turned out to be the perfect PCP for me and my husband. He truly cares about each patient and takes the time to delve deeply into your physical issues as well as how you are doing in life. He listens intently so he can find a way to best treat you. He’s very thorough. He will even pray with you!!!
I love the staff as well from the receptionists to the nurses to the nurses assistants. They are all friendly and treat you kindly and with respect

I had my first apt today. I am a Chiropractor but was in need of finding a family doctor for myself and family. I was really intent on finding a non-affiliated private practice doctor too. I have Christian Health insurance so I was also going to be self paying and noticed on their website they offered discounts for self pay. The staff was very nice, greeted me kindly and helped me start my paper work. My apt was for 1pm, I arrived at 12:40pm and was taken back at 1pm on the dot. The nurse took my height and weight and was friendly/chatty. The doctor came in shortly after. He spent a good 45 minutes
