In traditional western medicine, most patients are not treated as a whole being. The patient is taught that there is a governing authority (doctor, medical institution, or pharmaceutical company) that regulates IF they heal, or HOW they heal as if the patient is lacking some mythical component that keeps them from optimal health.
The most common therapeutic procedure performed by doctors of chiropractic is known as "spinal manipulation, " also called "chiropractic adjustment." The best Doc on the planet. Exceptional care, very compassionate and talented! The therapists go above and beyond. A true healer. She helped my body heal itself. My cervical vertebra was laterally flexed and she corrected it. I work long days doing heavy labor. I am grateful for the community of support.

A family member suggested Dr. Sheila for a back injury I had. I’m so glad I went. I was amazed that she had me standing up straight after a few visits. It was my first time to a chiropractor. Before visiting, I was reluctant to seek help from a chiropractor, but after many failed medical visits to my primary care doctor to help with back and neck pain, I resorted to Body & Soul Health Care at the recommendation of a friend. I had a Groupon so I had 3 one-hour massages, and each one was really nice. The staff was very friendly and the massages were great! I called the morning of to confirm what time I was supposed to come in and they called me back right away. I would recommend this place to friends, and to others I would recommend getting a dry erase calendar it really does wonders for keeping track of things! :)

I have been receiving treatment at Body & Soul on and off again for about 4 years. I truly appreciate the kind staff, individual treatment designed for my specific needs, the atomsphere, the combination of massage, adjustment, and occasional electrical stimulation is awesome. I feel so much better after going there. I also love that they have Saturday hours and always manage to squeeze me in with my crazy schedule.
