When questioned if they were a in network Pharmacy they flat out lied, using up all my Humira benefits then they wanted to hit me with a $6,000.00 copay because my insurance did not cover out of network Pharmacies. The receptionist stated" I will have the owner call me " never happened, another quote I should know if there in network or not. That is an out right lie its the pharmacies responsibility all the cared about was getting paid not the welfare of the customer.... So now I'm stuck with co-pays until my Humira benefit renews in the new year. For what they did NYS should investigate them for
