Just don’t think they listen to what you’ve said. There was a error on a claim and I told them about it twice and nothing has been done about it.

This guy is a real piece of work. He took advantage of my wife and I to the fullest extent possible. Drug our simple case out for almost 2 years and didn't get us $1 more than the insurance company initially offered. Don't waste your time with this guy. Impossible to get a hold of, never returns phone calls, his support staff is very unhelpful. This guy is a joke!
