I called to get some answers regarding a distribution 401(k) packet and the gentleman who answered the phone was NOT helpful AT ALL!!! It was a bother for this guy to answer the phone and you can hear it in the TONE of his voice. Its really sad because the reviews are good but after my call, I would rather go else where!!!

Mr. Nichols always goes above and beyond! I've gone to him for Tax Preparation, Finger Printing, and to notarize documents. He is fast and super efficient. ERNEST IS "STILL" THE BEST! I recently moved back to California and found out that more of my friends/family have been going to Ernest because they have heard from my daughter and I, friends of friends that are actually being blessed by going to him. He's honest, and he will do nothing to jeopardize his integrity. I have questions right now, he answered his phone, and returns calls.

Ernest has done my family's taxes for over 10 years and has always helped us get every penny back...so we are very very happy with the consistent work that he has done..he also does fingerprint scanning and loans and just all around a lot stuff that he can work on for you...i give Ernest three thumbs up.thanks a lot ernest.

I have been extremely satisfied with En Assoc. For about 10 years now. My husband and I have conducted several types of business with Earnest. He is very professional yet a friend. He will help you with whatever he can, but he always remains his integrity. Hes honest, and will not sell himself out like some others do. So if you need someone honest, trustworthy, yet willing to go the extra mile for you.... go to EN Assoc. Also.... gotta say, love his receptionist during tax season. Hes very nice and professional and tries to fit you in according to your schedule:)
