This guy. Our dealership recommended him for our 5th wheel hitch install and we're so thankful they did. We even messed up and changed the truck we bought to a long bed but didn't think to tell Shoaf. He didn't give us any grief whatsoever and had the correct parts in no time. Install looks great. His place is pristine. Job was completed exactly when promised.

These guys saved my vacation. On the morning of 9/15/17, we were towing our boat to Norris Lake in TN, only an hour into our trip, when one of the trailer wheels came off at 75MPH. I called around and no one did boat trailer work in the area, but Shoaf's (though already fully booked) was willing to take a look at it. I had the trailer/boat towed to the shop, where they were able to replace the studd, tack weld them in and get me back up and running. Work was good and I made it to/from the lake safely. Price was very fair as well. I could tell I was in good hands when I came to a clean, organized
