Not Very friendly, blocked in the vehicle they picked up so we couldn't get it. They knew who's vehicle it was. Confidentiality was a joke. The driver Jake called his wife to tell her they picked up my van instead of calling me, and she called my office to TRY to get me in trouble. It was drama. I do not recommend this towing place.

Went there to look at a truck with a friend, worker are just walking by us while we're looking... no one asked if we've been helped. We went to the office... no one answered us. After 20 minutes of wasted time... we left

The owner is either a compulsive liar or has a truly terrible group of employees that cant keep up to his promises. We waited on his for 3 weeks where day after day he told us he would get a particular truck in stock within a day or two. Never once did he call us back. We had to call him to check if he has them in stock. After nearly a month we gave us on him and went elsewhere. Never received a call.

$400 for the mechanic to change a fuel line 1 mile from their shop. Then replaced it with used hydraulic line and used my same ends. $250 service call $50 parts and the mechanic shoved $100 bill in his pocket. Seems a bit extreme for used line and 1 mile from their shop. Nothing like sticking it to the owner operator!
