She was over an hour late although I was her first appointment of the day! She had no explanation when I objected.
I needed an X-ray as I was concerned I had something lodged in my foot..
Requesting immediate results of the X Ray which they agreed to was completely botched up. Never did I get a call from Dr Bridens office. I called for results 3 different times. Finally after the final call 4 days later I was able to speak to a nurse!
It was the worst physician experience I've ever had. Dr Briden clearly doesn't have her practice as a priority. Patient service is lower than low.

I've been coming here for the last year to see Stacy for chemical peels and hydro facials. They have established great covid protocols, and the front desk team is friendly and helpful with any appointment changes and scheduling. Stacy is one of the best estheticians I've had in the last few years. She's personable, knows everything there is to know about your skin and has my skin looking better after each visit. Would highly recommend Stacy, but can't say anything about the dermatologist there. I've never seen her. But Stacy is wonderful!

I wish I would have seen the reviews from 2008/2009 before I wasted my time. Anyway....
...I was the first appointment of the day. Showed up 5 minutes early and filled out a very redundant form (why are you asking for my social security number?).
Waited in the 1980's decorated lobby for 15 minutes past my appointment, led into a prep room to meet with the nurse (it's now 30 minutes past my appointment) and the nurse says 'uh, 'Dr.' Briden isn't here yet'. I respond 'when can we expect her?' Her response '5 minutes ago'. It was quite

For about 10 years my family & I have been coming here to see Dr. Briden. She never once in that time was less than an hour & a half late. When I was missing class in high school that was great, now that I have a job it sucks.
We originally kept coming back because Briden was really helpful & would remove anything or write any prescription you needed. However, the last time I had an appointment, Briden just never showed up. I hung around for 2 hours before a nurse practitioner felt bad and came to see me. That's unacceptable for what I pay to see the doctor. Needless to
