The Cooper is a farm-to-table restaurant specializing in the finest foods and beverages sourced whenever possible from local farms, food artisans, small-batch distillers, and craft brewers. Founded by noted restaurateur Richard Rosenthal, The Cooper provides a warm, upscale dining experience, mixing sustainable seasonal dishes with an innovative take on classic American cuisine.

After graduating from Florida State University with a major in hospitality, Mr. Penenori has been managing restaurants for over 25 years. He has been a General Manager for several major restaurants in the South Florida area since the early 90's and is well familiarized with Palm Beach Gardens. Some of the restaurants William has managed include L&N Seafood, J.Alexander's, Abe & Louie's and Houston's.

I have never had a bad meal @ The Cooper!!! Rachel picked a drink for me, now it’s my favorite. Today I tried the Brunch for the first time and Paul made the most Amazing Bloody Mary. Once again let Rachel pick for me, they used the Tito’s infused with roasted tomatoes & jalapeño!!!! Awesome!!! The Shakshuka was so good, I’ll honestly get it every time!!!
So glad I found The Cooper!!

Went 20 min out of my way to get hand cut fries because I am obsessed. Saw the pics on here and came down. However when I got the menu it said "shoestring fries" so I specifically asked the server to make sure. He assured me they make them in house so we ordered. When the fries got to the table, they were identical to fries one would get at mcdonalds. I asked the wait staff about this and rather than admitting the mistake, they continued to insist that they make them in house. I was two steps away from insisting that they show me the cutting station but decided to let it go. I've been eating nothing

A great atmosphere and a lovely place to dine - but I have to admit New years they were having some struggles in maintaining their food quality. Don't let this discourage you though from going it's certainly worth the experience. Amazing appetizers!

Great restaurant. All meats and seafood were of the highest quality. Octopus appetizer was great, as was the cioppino entree.

The meals tasted very good, though the grouper's temperature was not hot, actually tepid.
Strange carrot cake in a cup desert wasn't worth the calories or the cost.
Place was very busy so service was slow.
Though it is typical during covid staffing problems.
Too bad, yet we may try them again off season.

From Small Plates to full entrees along with burgers and sandwiches and salads everything is prepared well. Specialty cocktails along with scrumptious deserts top off your experience. Give the Cooper a try. The grilled octopus small plate is unequaled.

Great location with comfortable outdoor seating and bar. My food was not cooked correctly, twice, but our excellent server, Tara, did everything in her power to fix a bad situation. She made sure I ended up happy with my brunch experience. On the other hand, my wife's food was fabulous. Because of Tara's hard work, we will definitely return.

We came on Friday for a date night. Jessica was our server. She was super friendly, and knowledgeable on the menu. Her service was attentive but not over bearing which was nice to relax. The seating is super comfortable. Manager seemed to really care about the staff and guest. Asking for the Palm Beach menu. It's a four course meal for $35. Excellent deal. Food was excellent, salmon could of used some type of seasoning or sauce but other then that salads, and apps all delicious. The steak also was lacking seasoning/flavor. Nice wine menu and craft beers. Plenty of the left overs. My only one complaint

Was here for the first time with my husband and friend. Martini's were smooth and delicious. Place has a neat vibe inside and out. Did a lot with the location. Rachel was our server and was enthusiastic about the menu. She made my decision easy with a new special, the Shrimp Yacht. The squash, mushrooms and sauce was yum. The shrimp had a smokey flavor in every bite. Really unique and very tasty. Both men enjoyed the tuna. We met Chris the chef. A young man from NY has an exciting career ahead. Really passionate and talented. With so many choices in the area it's tough not to visit them all, but
