The 4 stars are for Dr. Jones herself, I absolutely love her and my family and myself have been going to her for years! Until the pandemic, and now since it has been 6 months or longer I am essentially a new patient that has to be treated as such. Ugh! Super inconvenient for this teacher who is already super stretched. My last class isn't until 5 and I cannot take time off right now in the middle of this teacher shortage. Unfortunately this office policy will send me looking elsewhere for care.

As I was making phone calls looking for the right clinic who shared the similar chiropractic practices I was receiving in Wisconsin for my sciatica issues I found Whole Health chiropractic &Spa! I was greeted by Kimberly on the phone who answered my questions. We were a match!! The 2 weeks into my treatment, just doing some initial "chiropractic" adjustments I was broadsided by an inattentive driver who blew a red light. Dr Teresa Jones continued my treatments and customized them as needed based on my physical needs!!! My accident was 2 weeks ago and I have to say my overall skeletal and nervous

The 1 star doesn't begin to detail my concerns. I've only had my new patient appointment there and even though they took copies of my insurance card, nothing was submitted to my insurance and I was never reimbursed. Being a healthcare worker, I don't have time to argue this with Whole Health or my insurance and $100 is not thankfully not going to break my bank.
Not to mention the amount of patients they schedule in a morning. You get forgotten, your wait time is extended and then to be seen by Dr. Jones for about 15 minutes and scolds an employee for almost 5 minutes of the appointment time telling

I finally had to give up on this place. The only reason I kept going back and that I'm giving two stars is because I knew I would feel better after leaving.
I don't think I have ever gone in here and not waited at least an hour to be seen. I was once forgotten about on the rolling beds for about 20 minutes and today my appointment was canceled the day of. When I asked why they just asked me if I had been scheduled? Obviously I had been scheduled if you are calling me to tell me Dr. Jones wont be there. I needed to be seen today or tomorrow due to major back pain and I am leaving for vacation in

Went there to get adjusted and was informed it would take maybe four or five months for me to get my back issue resolved went to a physical therapy place and they told me that it should take maybe four to five sessions. Staff was great but Dr seemed to rush through sessions and also hrs of wait even though set a time appt.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ANYMORE. They have great doctors that never show up and the front desk doesn’t care. I was just told again this morning that the doctors aren’t going to be in again. This is the 5th time they have done this to me. I refuse to go back due to the doctors not wanting to come into work and the no compassion from anyone about repeatedly canceling on some many clients.
