Doctor Kouri is a lover of people. He practiced general medicine for families for nine years in the US Navy and private practice on an Indian reservation in Temecula, CA. This was my second Treatment ( Laser Lipo ) and 7 more to go. Karen is absolutely the Sweetest, Nicest Person ever !!
