The physicians at Advanced Surgery Center can provide interventional pain management using some of the latest and most advanced solutions available. While not every underlying cause of pain can be fixed, interventional pain management can often help relieve the associated pain. For chronic lower back and neck pain, muscle and bone pain, or other chronic pain, you can turn to the physicians of Advanced Surgery Center for relief.

The foot and ankle specialists at Advanced Surgery Center have years of experience identifying the underlying problems and getting our patients back on their feet. Whether you suffer from bunions, heel pain, corns, hammertoes, nail problems, numbness or a host of other foot and ankle concerns, trust the experienced physicians at Advanced Surgery Center.
Plan to arrive one hour before your scheduled surgery time, and 1/2 hour before your pain management procedure. A nurse from the surgery center will contact you at least 24 hours before your surgery. Notify your surgeon if there is a change in your physical conditions such as cold, fever or respiratory problems.
An alternative to total hip replacement. Younger active male patients who suffer from hip pain due to non-inflammatory arthritis (degenerative joint disease) such as osteoarthritis, traumatic arthritis, avascular necrosis, or dysplasia/DDH, or inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, may benefit from the bone-conserving approach of the BIRMINGHAM HIP Resurfacing System (BHR).

Second to none! From the front office to the post, 100% top notch!
I will say the only horrible thing about this facility is the “LEAD” nurse in the back!! She definitely needs to find a job she enjoys!! Or maybe start leading by example! She’s rude and extremely unprofessional!

I had my first ever surgery here in July of this year, and despite this year's changes with everything due to Covid-19, my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the front desk to the nursing staff, and even the anesthesiologist, I was put at ease and was absolutely grateful for the positive experience and care. I am so grateful to Dr. Ichtertz and the entire crew at Advanced Surgery Ctr.!

I just want to say thank you to all the staff. Very pleasant, professional and kind, not just to me but to each other. Nicola, Lindsey and Amy were my nurses. I felt like they focused on me when they were attending me not each other. Big shout out as well to the front office she was very kind and professional. The Anastasia guy was very comforting and explained everything to me before hand. ( I wish I could remember his name). Lastly I’d like to thank Dr.Meinhold. So thankful for your straightforwardly approach and bedside manner.

I arrived with a pain level of 9. They thought I might be having a heart attack as I was breathing so hard with pain. They immediately wheel-chaired me to a bed where they started to help me get control of the pain that was raging through my back and right thigh. I came in for a scheduled steroid epidural that day.
