The Omaha Hand & Wrist Specialists at MD West ONE are able to properly diagnose and treat carpal tunnel syndrome through both surgical and non-surgical treatments. Carpal tunnel syndrome results from the pinching or entrapping of the median nerve in the underside of the wrist.

The Orthopedic Specialists at MD West ONE are able to properly diagnose and treat rotator cuff tears through both surgical and non-surgical treatments. If you have the following symptoms, you may want to make an appointment with one of our Board Certified Specialists. When one or more of the rotator cuff tendons are torn or the tendon no longer fully attaches to the head of the humerus bone, this is known as a rotator cuff tear.

Their staff is rude and nasty. Completely uncaring both this time and when I saw them previously. Kelsey with the appointment desk is the worst, she could care less if you're in pain or if you ever see an actual doctor. The doctors aren't much better, one lied to me in the hospital, another was too busy discussing something with my husband that neither noticed that I had passed out from pain from a broken elbow. They shouldn't even be practicing.

Amazing, I had seen two other neurosurgeons at two different facilities when MDWest One was recommended by three co workers at work. I was able to get an appointment immediately and they could tell I was in pain. It took a total of two weeks to get my surgery scheduled when the first facility I was seen at it was a month and still nothing had been scheduled. It would have taken less than two weeks at MD West One if they didn't have to jump through a couple hoops because my work switch insurance companies and they took a 11 days to approve the surgery and I was scheduled three days later for

I have always been impressed with the docs here. Over 40 years I have been treated by many of them and have great experiences with all of them.
This last visit was a new doc for me Dr Grier. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and had great suggestions.
I have always recommended these docs from what used to be GIKK to people who were looking for a specific type of practice.
Overall have always been happy going there.

Everyone was courteous and professional, everything from making the appointment, reminders, and the visit was smooth and easy. I’m so very confident based on how my shoulder replacement went and feels; I could not have been in better hands. Dr. Rosipol is a ROCKSTAR After 15 yrs of having a useless and painful shoulder, I can do whatever I want, yes even go to the gym and workout. Trust this team of professionals to take care of you.

Dr. McCarthy has been my ortho doctor since 2004 when he reattached my bicep tendon to my forearm after it tore. It was better than new. Now that I have torn a tendon loose in my shoulder, I am so glad to have seen him again and will have surgery by him soon. He is the best you could look for when it comes to doctors and surgeons. His nurse and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Thank you!!!

The efficient, friendly medical assistant, checked me in for my appointment.
Dr Tiedeman was very professional & knowledgeable. I was given options for treatment & he answered all my questions. He's treated me for other problems before & has also performed 2 surgeries on my husband. We've been extremely satisfied .

I recently was here for a back surgery. This facility is nothing short of amazing. Amazing staff, rooms, food....you name it. Every nurse I had was so warm, welcoming and helpful Arnold, Jessica, Brandy, Chris, Beth, Jane and all the others I regretfully cannot remember. Dr. Doran was very optimistic after my surgery. While I am still in recovery I see a bit of improvement each day.
Nobody wants to stay in a hospital but this is a surgical center and truly did not seem like a hospital at all thanks to the staff and facility. I was taken great care of. I would highly recommend this facility

My appointment was fast and efficient from the time I came in the door till I left. Dr. McCarthy and his nurse was unbelievable! I had a painful procedure done and they both were absolutely wonderful at helping me through it. Dr.McCarthy is a Wonderful Dr. He took the time to read my whole history. Talked about my life since I had last seen him, and also he took the time to even look at my allergies that I listed. I have never met a Ortho. Dr. That would pay attention and look at them. His off staff and Dr. McCarthy are # One..!!

This was my first time at MD West One. Dr. McCarthy has an excellent bedside manner and I felt valued as a patient.
The staff was professional. Customer service seems to be a dying art and most physician's office keep you waiting long after your scheduled appointment time. It was very refreshing getting in to see the Dr at my scheduled time and I didn't feel he was rushing me to get to his next patient.
I would highly recommend Dr. McCarthy and MD West One.

I have been a patient for some time as my arthritis has been presenting itself. I have seen physicians for my shoulders, knees, hips and hands...all have been well qualified and great to work with. I have had multiple joint replacements and their care during my progression from issue identification through replacement has been superlative. A very solid group of practitioners and I have seen no reason to seek care for Ortho anywhere else.

I would not recommend anyone to go there. I was in a very bad car accident and for two months my back was hurting. I scheduled an appointment with midwest neurosurgery to see a back specialist and i was very disappointed. My appointment was on a Friday,and i was told by the doctor that i would hear from him with my results on Monday. I never heard back from them. Called a couple times and was told that the doctor hasn't looked at my X rays. In the meantime I'm here suffering and they are taking their time to evaluate an X Ray? I heard back from them TWO WEEKS LATER. How professional
