I feel like this credit union is way behind in years, I can’t see my pending accounts and they charge me an atm overdraft fee when my account isn’t empty, I want to change banks as soon as I can. Money does not seem to deposit till they let it.

The customer service is wonderful. If I have a problem, I could count on them to fix it. Opening a new account only takes minutes. When I go through drive thru with my dog , they give him a dog biscuit. I've been with them for over 20 years and I will continue to bank with them for at least another 20 years. Keep up the good work!

Not sure but taking 6 business days to clear a transfer of funds from 1 local bank to BCU and then reversing the payment seems to be a bit odd?? Not real happy about that!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I started banking here 12 years ago and the customer service was great. As years went by the customer service got worse and worse. The bank is also extremely behind compared to r other credit unions. It takes days for external transfers to go in, they don't offer the option of having an HSA card you can only have checks, and their app and website is always down so you can never check your balance. After 12 years I have finally chose to go to another credit union that actually puts the customer first.
