Mark seemed to be thorough, intelligent, and an overall pleasant guy. However, his lack of communication needs to be addressed in order to receive a good review. Mark never completed any work for me because he never sent over the service agreement. Mark ignored my calls and emails after visiting my house. A simple "I am too busy to take this project on" would be sufficient for me. However, blatantly ignoring a client is unacceptable for a small business in 2020.

I'm sorry to say that I can not give Focus Engineering a good review. We met with the engineer to look at some issues at our home. He seemed very thorough and we looked forward to hearing from him shortly thereafter. I have emailed and called several times, but never heard back from him. It has been nearly two months since we met with him. A simple returned call or email would have been nice. We'll be finding someone else to assist us.
